Do I need a monthly plan to work with you?
No. Ongoing Care plans are the core of Concierge, but you can buy Anytime Credits and use them for calls, fixes or development work whenever you need. No subscription required.
Do I need to move my hosting?
Not if you don’t want to. Most Care clients do, for the peace of mind and cost savings, and because I can guarantee performance when I control the full stack. But using your own hosting is usually fine.
Do you work with membership, WooCommerce and course sites?
Yes. It’s my specialty. Concierge was originally built for exactly these kinds of sites, and I run them myself.
How do I reach you?
Email, which I answer personally throughout the day. Care clients also get a private workspace with organized threads, tasks and chat.
Is there a contract?
Nope. I’d rather keep earning your business. Cancel anytime, and if I host your site, I’ll help you move it wherever you like.
