Calls and Meetings

How to book a call, what it costs, and the cancellation policy.

All calls are scheduled in advance using my scheduler. You’ll also find it on your account dashboard under “Schedule A Call”.

In order to protect my schedule and stay productive, I try to avoid quick update calls or short-notice Zoom calls to discuss a project. I plan my day in advance as much as possible, and in most cases, jamming a quick call into the day ends up pulling me away from ongoing work… including work on other clients’ sites.

So please use the scheduler to book. Don’t email me asking when I’m available. The scheduler exists specifically to automate that.

What A Call Costs

One credit covers one call, up to 60 minutes. The credit is deducted from your account when we have the call. If you’re on Pro or Platinum, your included monthly hours can be used toward calls too.

In some cases we don’t need the whole hour. When that happens, I use the remaining time for direct work on your site or project. Either way, the call counts as one credit (or one hour of your included time).

You can book a strategy call to talk through your site, your plans or anything else on your mind. If you’d rather we work through something together on screen, that’s an implementation session. It’s booked the same way, at roughly one credit per hour, and it can run longer than an hour when the job needs it.

How It Works

  • Book a time on my calendar.
  • You’ll get the meeting link automatically after booking. Calls are held on Zoom.
  • Show up and let’s chat.

Cancelling Or Rescheduling

Give me as much notice as possible… preferably at least 24 hours. I plan my day around these calls, so last-minute changes can affect other clients. I try to be accommodating, but a no-show will still have a credit deducted.
